Sapporo Teppanyaki – Glasgow

Welcome or ようこそ in Japanese to Sapporo Teppanyaki. A Japanese restaurant located in Merchant city in the heart of the city of Glasgow. I went once with my Girlfriend and my 2 flatmates on a double date to this restaurant and all I can say about it that it was fascinating. The restaurant was so clean with a luxury interior design. We sat on table with our personal cook cooking just in front of us. He made a great show while preparing our food, like throwing some eggs in the air then catch them with his jacket’s pocket, putting a huge but controllable fire and even played a trick with a fake ketchup bottle on my Girlfriend which we all found it funny except her, of course (Oops ! don’t hate for this one, ma Chérie). The food was extremely delicious and you can find large varieties of food if you are not a big fan of the Japanese cuisine but you might consider trying the sushi at least. There were non-alcoholic cocktails, as well, which are made specially for people who don’t drink alcohol and want to “cheers” with their friends which was my case. Finally, the atmosphere was enjoyable and the staff was marvelous. The prices are a bit expensive although it explains the food and the restaurant quality.
